Hi everyone.
I’m new to PG and just can’t wrap my head around this:
Whenever a call comes in via LCR after hours (when no one is on duty), the LCR opening message will conclude with an error (“You have reached a PD duty line that is not set up yet”).
No option to configure a voicemail box, no option to play an announcement (“office hours are from…”), only the error.
I found this description:
But can’t get that working as well, even though the dummy user is not logged in anywhere, the caller will get a ringtone or - if I set the dummy user up without a phone number - the error message again-No voicemail.
I can’t figure it out - How is this supposed to work? What do all of you do out of business hours? Leaving the customer with “line is not set up” can’t be what you guys are playing out to your customers, right?
I mean, someone must have thought about what to do with a call-in-service that is NOT online 24/7, right?
